Domain Registration Refund
All domain name registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable, with the exception noted below.
If there is a trademark issue or copyright violation with the domain that has been recently registered, then you can request that unregister the offending domain name at any time; however, there is no refund for this.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Hosting with Domain Registration
Domain refunds will only be considered if they were ordered in conjunction with a hosting package. Eligibility for a domain refund is not guaranteed and will be determined at the time of cancellation.
Refund requests for .com, .net. and .org domain names made within the 30 day money-back guarantee period will have the common market value subtracted for those TLDs through same online mode.
Unfortunately, any ccTLD domain name purchases made are non-refundable.
Hosting & SSL Refund Policy
If a request is submitted online for immediate cancellation within the first 1 day, a full refund will be issued.
Customers who desire a refund on a prepaid account after 10-days will be re-billed at the regular price as opposed to any discounted price from the use of a coupon. Refunds are not offered for partial months of service. Accounts that are terminated due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for a refund. Service credits have no cash value.
SSL certificates have no refund.
